Graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Computer Engineering in 1999.

After working as a researcher at the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Türkiye and as a teaching assistant at Istanbul Bilgi University, moved to the private sector.

Worked as a software developer, analyst and project manager in the fields of business solutions, public transportation, electronic security, communications and electronic publishing.

Has been working at the TURKPA Secretariat since February 2023.
