Graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Faculty of Political Management, specialty – International Relations (2007-2011). Received Master’s degree in History and Theory of International Relations at Azerbaijan University of Languages, Faculty of International Relations and Regional Studies (2019-2021) with honors.

In 2013-2021, held the positions of Assistant to the Secretary General, Specialist, Communications Officer at the Secretariat of TURKPA.

Since 2021, has been working as Legal Officer at the Secretariat of TURKPA.
