TURKPA attended 15th PAM Plenary Session

On 3-4 June 2021, Secretary General Altynbek Mamaiusupov took part in the 15th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean held in an online format.
The program featured an opening ceremony and the sessions of the PAM standing committees. PAM President Mr. Karim Darwish opened the Session. Sessions of the standing committees were focused on resolving domestic violence, protection of human rights in an increasing digitalized society, recent economic and environmental changes in the region, threat of terrorism and security issues.
Mr. Gennaro Migliore (Italy) was elected as the new PAM President.
