Experience exchange program organized in Kyrgyz Parliament
Third experience exchange program was co-organized by the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic and TURKPA under the theme “Working principles of the Committees dealing with Environment and Natural Resources issues of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic” on 14-18 October 2019 in Bishkek.
Staffers of the parliamentary administrations of member parliaments representing relevant departments participated in the program to acquaint with the experience of the Jogorku Kenesh in the relevant field.
The programme featured presentations by the representatives of the Departments of the Committees on Fuel, Energy Complex and Subsoil Use and on Agricultural Policy, Water Resources, Environment and Regional Development, as well as of the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use and State Agency on Environment Protection and Forestry. The participants also attended the Plenary Session of the Jogorku Kenesh.
Mr. Samatbek Ibrayev, Head of Administration of the Jogorku Kenesh, along with Mr. Baktybek Turusbekov, member of the Jogorku Kenesh, congratulated the participants on successful completion of the program and presented certificates.
The program is conducted in accordance with the adopted Plan of Activities.
