Third Workshop on Harmonization of National Legislations was held in Astana

On 1 March 2019, Third Workshop on Harmonization of the National Legislation of the TURKPA member countries was held in Astana and hosted by Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The opening of the Workshop was addressed by Mr. İsmet Uçma, Chairman of the Commission. Then the workshop continued with presentation of Model Laws on Tourism and on Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Turkic World by the representatives of the Azerbaijani and Turkish parliaments respectively, and speeches by the members of the Commission, other experts and guests.
It was decided to hold the next Fourth Workshop on Harmonization of the National Legislation in September 2019 in Turkey.
