Kyrgyz President received Secretary General
On 8 February 2019, Secretary General Altynbek Mamaiusupov was received by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
President Sooronbai Jeenbekov congratulated Mr. Mamaiusupov on his election to the position of the Secretary General and expressed his confidence that the Secretary General would spare no effort in order to develop inter-parliamentary cooperation and multilateral relations among Turkic-speaking countries.
In his turn, Secretary General noted the positive dynamics of cooperation processes of the Turkic-speaking countries and intensification of work within parliamentary dimension. Mr. Mamaiusupov informed the President on the active work being carried out by the Assembly on four directions – economic, legal, socio-cultural and humanitarian, environment and natural resources.
